Returns and Refunds

There may be occasions were you need to return an item to us, and these tend to fall into the following categories

Wrong product has been ordered

As a consumer you have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of receipt as long as the product is complete, unused, and in 'AS NEW' condition. Please contact our Customer Services team by email for full information. A Returns Authorisation is issued for all accepted returns and must be included on the returned package.

Product not operating as expected or may be faulty.

Please contact our Customer Services team via email and provide as much information on the problem as possible. If the item is faulty and needs to be returned we will issue a Returns Authorisation and this must be included on the returned package.

Wrong product has been delivered.

Please contact our Customer Services team by email and provide as much information on the item that has been delivered.

Product damaged in transit

Please keep all the packaging, including the addressed outer packaging.

Orders placed Monday to Thursday are normally, if the product is shown as in stock, despatched the following working day. Orders placed on Friday will be despatched on Monday. We do not despatch orders on Saturday or Sundays or on Bank Holidays.
